The conference registration fee is set at an exceptional low price in order to give the opportunity to as many attendees as possible to present their work in an awesome conference centre.  High quality services (conference place, food, environment, social events) are proposed due to the massive participation of sponsors.

THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS AND STUDENTS INCLUDES:

 Entrance to the scientific session

• Certificate of attendance
• Congress folders, badge, Final Programme and Book of Abstracts
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches on Wednesday, June 27 and Thursday, June 28 
• Icebreaker Reception with a rock band (includes a jam session for the muscien registered to EWLA2018), Tuesday, June 26
• Social Programme on Wednesday evening, June 27 : guided cellar tour of Domaine du Cinquau, wine testing and dinner at Domaine du Cinquau
• Gala Dinner in the Castle of Pau (after the guided tour of the castle in English), on Thursday June 28

• Icebreaker Reception with a rock band (includes a jam session for the muscians registered to EWLA2018), Tuesday, June 26

• Gala Dinner in the Castle of Pau (after the guided tour of the castle in English), on Thursday, June 28
