Presentation guidelines
Oral presentations.
As we have a very busy schedule, we kindly ask the authors to respect the allocated presentation time.
Invited lectures : 25 min + 3-4 min questions
Regular talks = 15 min +3-4 min questions
Slide format.
The presentation room is fitted with a 16 :9 native aspect ratio projector for the conference. This format allows a better presentation quality as the screen is larger than the conventional 4 :3 format. Please note that you will have to create your slides in this format before loading your presentation on the conference laptop (PC).
However for those who already have a presentation ready in 4:3 and don’t want to modify it, the projector is still compatible but black bars will appear along the side of the image.
Posters
Posters should be printed in a vertical A0 format (841 x 1190 mm).
